Have you recently placed an order and are eager to know its status?

 

Besides reaching out to AskJack, our Virtual Assistant, for immediate updates on your order, you now also have the option to conveniently track it through your online account on fido.ca or via the MyAccount App. Simply follow the steps below.

 

Track your mobile order online on fido.ca:

  1. Sign-in to the  My Account on fido.ca with your username and password.
  2. Click on Account Overview at the top.
  3. Click on My Orders and all active orders will display.

 

Track your mobile order via the MyAccount App:

  1. Sign-in to the My Account app on your device with your username and password. Don’t have the app? Get it on Google Play or the App store.
  2. From the More tab, select Order tracking. A list of active orders and their statuses will display.
  3. When an order is in Shipped status, you can select Track shipment to get the latest updates on delivery.

 

***Note: Only wireless orders shipped to home will display. Excludes orders shipped to a Fido store.

 

You can also track your order on the carrier’s website using these steps:

  1. Check the email we sent you for your tracking number and the carrier that is delivering your package. Note: Occasionally, due to a high volume of orders, it can take up to 2 business days for you to receive the tracking email.
  2. Go to the appropriate carrier website below and paste in the tracking number from your email to get an update on your order.

When will I receive my online order?

 

Orders made through fido.ca or by phone are normally delivered within 2-5 business days unless otherwise indicated on the device page (excludes weekends and holidays). In some cases, orders might take up to 10 business days to arrive.
Devices on pre-order or backorder will have longer estimated shipping dates which will be indicated at the time of purchase.

 

Are there shipping fees?

 

There are no shipping fees.

 

How do I track a phone return?

 

First, when returning or exchanging a phone, write down the tracking number that appears on the prepaid return label provided. If you can’t find the return label, contact us. Then, simply enter your tracking number in the appropriate tracking number field on your courier’s website.

 

I want to modify or cancel my order, how would I do that?

 

It may be possible to modify or cancel your order or change the shipping address. Keep in mind that we might not be able to guarantee a change of address once your order has shipped. Simply contact us, we’ll do our best to help!
