Won one of the Fido Xtra contests in 2023. Really exciting news, but major bummer when you don't actually get anything lol. When can I expect to receive the prize or who can I speak to about this? It's been ages.

Cannot use My Account app

I've been a Fido customer for years and whenever I try to use the app I have had nothing but problems with trying to get on to do anything! Hopefully for the high rates we pay they can get these things sorted out so everything flows smoothly!!!!
