Whenever I try to sign in on Fido My account, I put in the info necessary and then, there's the "Select an account" box that pops up in the middle of the screen, but there aren't any accounts shown below for me to select and I don't really know what to do now. Please help!

That's a most unusually problem you have there. Are you still experiencing when you sign -in on the app? Are you able to logging through our website directly?
If it's only the app that's affected, you can try to uninstall and reinstall it to fix the problem.
