issues with my app for prepaid customer on my phone

i am a prepaid customer and i have issues to setup my account app on my phone. everytime i get the error message "Something went wrong. Sorry, we have hit a snag. please check back later."

The My Account app can only be used with a postpaid (monthly) account. It will not work with a prepaid one. You can find out more here.
