Can you please try going on fido.ca and register with an email address and select the subscriber option? Once that's done, try logging in with that new profile you created and you should be able to access Data Bytes.

Could you try logging out of your account in the app (if you're logged in already) to try and access your 5 hours of extra data?

We are aware of this and our teams are working on it.
As a workaround for now, you can visit Fido.ca and register for a new account as a subscriber using a different e-mail than the one you use to log in as the account holder. This will allow you to access Data Bytes
