Hey @Kirb

Did you make any changes to your plan recently?

If not, have you tried reinstalling the application?

Hey @Kirb

Are you using your phone number or your email address to login?

I use my phone number to log in. I had no problem with data bytes until I loaded latest Fido app

Thanks for the info @Kirb

Can you please try going on fido.ca and register with an email address and select the subscriber option? Once that's done, try logging in with that new profile you created and you should be able to access Data Bytes.

We had tried the way you suggested, but still wouldn't work!

Hello @cathyhou33,

Welcome to the community!

Could you try logging out of your account in the app (if you're logged in already) to try and access your 5 hours of extra data?

Let me know if that works.

I have tried all the suggestions to get data bytes operating. Nothing has helped

Hey @Kirb1!

We are aware of this and our teams are working on it.

As a workaround for now, you can visit Fido.ca and register for a new account as a subscriber using a different e-mail than the one you use to log in as the account holder. This will allow you to access Data Bytes Smiley
