Fido My Account app asking for e-mail validation

The My Account app wasn't working so I re-installed it and now the app is saying my e-mail needs to be verified when it was working hours ago. I checked my e-mails too and none of the ones sent by Fido had any sort of confirmation link. Anyone deal with any similar issues?

If you're experiencing this and you've registered to My Account on or after December 6, 2017, please note that we're aware of it and currently looking for a resolution.

Experiencing exactly the same problem -- login works from web site but not from the app, and always asks for email validation.

How long will this take?As you are a phone company with millions of dollars cash flow a month one would think you could easily fix this issue.

In the meantime, you can log in through the mobile website or on your desktop.

I reset my password ans started getting this error. 

 

I registered my account in December 2016.

I registered my Fido account after Dec 6th. I am facing the same issue as everyone while logging into the mobile app. Can anyone help here?
