Balance came back on app after payment

I paid my bill for the last cycle and received confirmation for my payment through email. But when checked my fido app, Fido hasn't updated my payment to make my billing Zero oweing.

what should I do to let Fido know about this issue and fix it?

How did you make the payment? If you pay from your bank it can take 5-7 business days before Fido actually receive the money, if you pay by credit card the payment is received instantly.

Hi Kapanle-K,

thanks for your reply. I paid with credit on the Fido mobile app. It became Zero oweing instantly. But then the next day the bill reappeared as it was, feels like I haven't paid at all, while I have confirmation email. Do you know what happened?

Is it still showing a balance? Did you miss your last payment and now your new invoice amount is there? If not and the account is still showing a balance I would suggest you call customer service and they can look into your account and better assist you.
