no confirmation email after 4 days. not in spam folder

I ordered a sim card for my son 4 days ago but still haven't recieved a confirmation email. Hes checking the mailbox everyday as its his first phone.

its not in my spam folder and no trace of my order on my account. i did do a screenshot of order.
