iPhone pro max waiting and waiting for 2 months now

I have order 256G pro max on Nov 11 , it is 2 months now still had nothing unlesss wait and wait and wait and wait .....

I have talk to a representative on the phone yesterday , he said it to me I'll receive the delivery email within 24-48 hrs with my double seriously confirmation at the time , hopefully this is not a joke .
