I have not even had my iPhone pro max 13 a week and I have a line going through my screen !!! Unacceptable for the price !! Please have someone contact me and I can send pictures of the issue !!! This needs to be replaced

Contact Apple. They have world class customer service to assist you. Nothing is perfect in this world and that includes iPhones.

  Sorry to hear you're having issues with your new device. You may be eligible for an exchange of a defective unit. However, this forum is community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. How you would proceed with an exchange depends on method of purchase (see here). If you purchased your device in-store, you would need to return to that store for the exchange. On the other hand, if you purchased the device online or through customer service, you would likely need to contact customer service.
