SIM not supported after moving to Fido

Me and my wife just moved from Bell to Fido bringing our phones (iPhone 12 and 11 respectively) and my phone worked just fine, but my wife's is getting a 'SIM not supported' error message every time, and we don't know what to do. Any advice?
