Fido

I initiated a trade in Nov 21 2024 but Canada Post is on strike....what are my options. Can I drop off the phone to Woodbridge or a Fido store

I noticed there is a $100 trade in bonus for my iPhone 11 64gb black but when I go to put it through I don't see it. Is this real?
