Missing Promotion for payment program promotion

Hello I just for an offer to upgrade from 60gb to 90 gb for the same price but when checking ACCOUNT CHANGE CONFIRMATION but when checking the new ACCOUNT CHANGE CONFIRMATION i dont see the  Payment Program
Promotion any more

Your payment program promotion wouldn't be removed in you changed your plan unless you paid off your device balance.
