Resolved! How to "add USER" to my Huawei t5 tablet?

I recently got a Huawei T5 tablet from Fido (Canada).  I'm trying to 'ADD USER' but there is no Settings > Users & accounts > Users on my machine and I can't find anything online. Help!!!!!
