Does anyone know where to go to find out how to unlock a mobile device. I was told to go on the website and it's not there.

That's correct. It's free of charge to get your Fido phone unlocked by customer service.

I'm looking to unlock my S4 and LG G Pad III 8.0. PM through the forums is best way for me as I am at work and cannot call or spend time in live chat. Can I get a PM and I'll pass my IMEIs for these two devices?

I also have my previous phones however I remember reading that devices made or sold before a certain date can no longer be unlocked.
