Hello all,
After the amber alert yesterday, my S7 has constantly been vibrating every 5 minutes or so.
My volume is on silent and I have reduced all vibration levels to 0.
Nothing is working. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
Thank you

I would turn off the phone for five minutes. This should refresh the device and the signal to the device. If that doesn’t work. Try to check the settings for emergency alert. It can vary by make and model. You can also try airplane mode for a few minutes. Then turn it back on and it should reconnect and stop vibrating.

Hello Aznmyth,
What version of Samsung OS does the S7 use? At least with OneUI (android 9), the Emergency alert messages have an alert reminder setting. You can try to see if there is a similar setting in your phone. You can find the setting by clicking: Samsung Messages --> Settings --> --> Emergency alert settings --> Alert reminder.
Hope this helps 😀
Cheers

Changed the settings as indicated.
So far, so good, will see if it stays this way until tomorrow.
