Would like to unlock an android phone purchased through Fido as I no longer use it and would like to give it to a friend, can he have it unlocked or do I have to be the one to do it? Due to my schedule I am usually asleep during customer support hours so if I have to do it, can I receive the unlock code through here by providing the IMEI to an employee?
