I did everything you guys have suggested. It still doesn't work. I don't know what I'm paying for. It's unheard-of to have my cell phone provider call my house phone because you can reach my cell. I have a ticket open but that doesn't mean anything. Fix the problem

Are you using a Fido phone? I personally have an S6 Edge and I was able to update to Nougat. I went on the device settings to check for the update. Let us know if that works or not.
I kind of forgot about this. My S6 is from Fido, and I had it unlocked some time ago. When I try to search for software updates manually, I keep getting a msg saying the latest updates have been installed, despite still only have 6.0.1.

You should have the software update directly on your device! Are you connected to WiFi while you try to do the update? Has this device been used with another carrier since it's been unlocked ?

Thanks for the response. I was indeed connected to Wifi when I checked for updates. I travelled overseas and used a local sim card after having the phone unlocked, but have not otherwise used another carrier.
14:33 nothing on my end yet, i'm checking for updates every 30 min, i checked on https://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/galaxy-s6/SM-G920w8/ and there's nothing there, you would think that other cellphone company would have released the update, i was told that Bell did it last week but i don't see anything online about it.
