I have an Samaung A20 which I bought back in October of 2019. My phone is only used for work, and all of sudden it starts freezing all the time, its has reset 2 times now causing me to lose work but all my pictures. Can someone please tell me why?

Have you had the chance to reach out to Samsung for assistance with your device? Any phone purchase is usually covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty.

 

That said, when did you start experiencing this situation? Did you make any recent changes to your device?
