Possibility of getting new iphone from Apple

Hi, 

I currently have a phone plan with Fido and my phone is payed off. 

I was wondering if I can buy my phone from Apple (its a little bit cheaper and with black friday I will get a better deal on the device most likely) versus Fido and keep my existing plan. 

Either way I am going to be paying for my new Iphone 14 Pro Max  in full (N0 Term).

P.S;I am at the moment only interested in changing the device, hence the reason I am not thinking about changing phone plans as well.

You can definitely buy the device from Apple and continue to use your plan as normal.
