Poor customer service

I have tried to contact Fido starting on Saturday, asking about possible price match. 

I have tried calling *611 and waited for 2 luck


Tried using "AskJack" to contact chat luck as well as they ended the chat right away saying they're experiencing problems.


Tried contacting them this morning again, no luck again..


Anyone knows any ways to contact Fido ASAP, for example email?


Any prompt assistance will be appreciated!
