I wanted to buy pixel 7 for this black friday which was a better deal. I visited Fido gallery to ask details, they took my details and credit card to check the details. Suddenly all my exclusive offers kind off vanished from the account. I cant even see any offers for any phones. i cross checked with a lot of my friends using fido, all of them have offers. I cant build my plan whenever i choose to upgrade my phone. I called customer care twice and told them i am unable to build plan for new device i upgrade and had a conversation over 15 mins. they hanged up in between. I dont know what happened but no one is helping to reset my account. Very poor service from FIDO.
