Phone is requesting for PUK code?

Well, I really don't know why my phone is requesting for one, but I just don't know how to fix this problem. It says that the network is locked and I need a code to unlock it. Help?

Hello Fido 3289,

You may contact customer service to request the PUK code to be given to you.

Once they do, you can also write it down somewhere safe as it will remain the same in the future (unless you change SIM cards).

You will need to call customer service for them to provide you with a PUK code.
