I ordered a google pixel 4 back in June on Fido website.
I have not received my phone to this day. The only update I got for the past two months is a 'Fido Hardware Order Update' email on 2nd July saying the phone has been back-ordered and

Not receiving my phone and not having any updates for two months does not sound right.
Can someone from fido contact me and give me an update on the order status?
