My phone was delivered to my past address

 I recently moved, did change my address on my account, but when i ordered the new phone for some reason it automatically shipped it to the old address and before i realized it was delivered there to a person that was not me and under a name that no one in that house even has, and now i have no phone and the shipping company says its not their problem and that there is nothing they can do about it.

I ordered the phone cause mine broke down, so now i dont even have a device to call fido or to know when i have to go to work or for emergencies.

What can i do??

Also my friend went to the address that was delivered to and they claim nothing was delivered there.
