Where to you see those terms? In general, both Canada-wide calling and Canada-wide minutes mean the same thing. The minutes included in the plan would cover long-distance charges to Canadian phone numbers while within Canada. Calls to non-Canadian phone numbers would incur long-distance charges. Calls made (and received) while outside of Canada (including those to Canadian phone numbers) would be considered roaming usage and likely incur roaming charges.
