Always make sure when you get a new device though Fido ask for e brand new cell because I got sent a damaged phone and they trying to charge me still even though I took it back because it was damaged when I got it!!!! Trying to take to a "specialist" wait times are long not happy with Fido!!!

Sorry to hear about your recent experience. I can assure you that brand new device we sell comes sealed in their box. As for Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) devices they are always tested and restored to look as brand new.
You can also take advantage of our Satisfaction Warranty if you are not satisfied with the phone model or received a defective phone.
That said, To better assist you can you clarify what you meant by "damaged phone", do you mean that it was broken when received or simply defective? Also, which specialist are you trying to reach?
