I'm an existing Fido customer using the 'Bring Your Own Phone plan'.

Been a customer since 2005 or something.

Can I just pay the full price of the phone and not do the 24 month payment thing? This doesn't seem to be an option when buying online. I don't want to change plans or anything else - I just want to buy the phone for the full listed price on the website.

Hello @Shade71,

Welcome to the community!

In this case, you will need to contact customer service and they can process the order for you.

Hey there @Shade71

Depending on the plan you have we usually offer them in 2 versions now, BYOP and Fido Payment Program (FPP).

Though, when completing the upgrade on your line, you will need to switch to a FPP price plan. That is especially the case if you're still on an old tab plan.

With the FPP plan, you'll need to manually choose to pay the device at full price and you will have no tab. Alternatively, you can have the device financed and pay out the balance in increments before the end of your term, it does offer you that flexibility. You can find more info here as well.

Hope this helps Smiley
