Lost my old sim card and need to update my sim

How the hell are you supposed to update your sim card if you lost your old one??? The number that Fido agent agve me isn't working eiyher....

If you lost your sim card, then you can not use the self serve to change your sim card, you should call in and have the agent over the phone swap the sim card for you themself.
