I sent my phone away to get fixed, and whilst it was a fixing, fido sent me a loaner phone. I hate how they don't have cases , because my clumsy self tripped and dropped it. The outside is definitely cracked in a few places. Still works, but needs work.
What's going to happen when I return it? Does it have protection or am I going to be charged for it?
