Galaxy s8 no external sound

I have the Galaxy S8 and periodically while using it I will lose external sound. I will however have sound through my headset. Occasionally I can plug in my USB cord and get sound to return. However other times I can insert into my 3 mm Jack repeatedly and that will fix the problem. This phone is only 10 months old. Any issues I should be concerned with or is this a hardware issue? And how can I fix my problem so it doesn't keep doing it it's actually quite annoying as I need it for work. How do I know if somebody is calling or texting me if I can't hear it? I do not have it supplied through work I Supply my phone myself. Please help.

The device does come with a 12-month warranty from the manufacturer, so you can definitely get it looked into!

We suggest passing by any store that handles repairs, just visit this page and select "Fix my phone" to find the nearest one.
