I have been holding with a FIDO agent to reach to escalation since forever! the lack of availability does not speak positive to FIDO's customer service! could someone please connect with me  thank you.

You may want to consider reaching out to fidosolutions on Twitter or Facebook to have a private messaging conversation with a Fido customer service representative. No waiting on the phone and more clarity with written messages. We're a community forum and not a venue for customer service support. We do our best but cannot access any accounts. All the best
