Defective Phone Exchange

I bought a phone online and received it after 2 days, but after a day after I received it theres a weird noise from the speaker it sounds like a rain eventhough I'm not playing a sound or music and its even worse when I play one. Also when I use the camera theres a line in the screen and sometimes it automatically goes off & restart. I dont know why is this happening. I have this phone for only 2 days, can I return this one and get a different unit or brand?

Sorry to hear you are having problems with your new phone, did you try doing a factory reset and see if that will solve the issues.

I called costumer service and got charged 45$ 😕 This is bad! They sent me defective device and when I complained they charged me this.
