I am planning to buy OnePlus 7T HD1907, 8GB RAM + 128GB Memory, GSM 4G LTE Factory Unlocked for AT&T T-Mobile. My service provider is Fido. Does anyone know if this unlocked phone will work in Canada with Fido services?

  Welcome to the community!

  According to some sources, that version appears to be the T-Mobile variant of the device (see here).  If correct, these are the specifications for that phone:

FDD LTE: Band 1/2/3/4/5/7/8/12/13/17/18/19/20/25/26/28/29/30/32/41/66/71
TDD LTE: Band 2/4/5/12/26/41/46/48/66/71
TD-SCDMA: Band 34/39
UMTS(WCDMA): Band 2/4/5
CDMA: BC0/BC1/BC10
GSM: 850/1900/900/1800 MHz

  According to those specifications, that version of the phone should have all of the compatible bands/frequencies. You can verify the compatible bands/frequencies here. While the phone should work on the networks, you should note that since Fido does not offer OnePlus devices, it's unlikely certain features (ie voLTE and/or Wifi-calling) will work with that device.
