Can anybody helps me this issue.
I got a reservation for Iphone 14 pro.
They charged me 40$ for a reservation. But now I want to cancel that order.
I tried to contact with Fido but they said I have to cancel by myself.
It's so hard to cancel online, I think because my order in processing so they wont allow me to cancel.
So when the phone available at the store, if I dont pick it up is it automaticlly canceled? and then 40$ will automatics refund to me?

If the status of your reservation is In Progress or Shipped, you will not be able to cancel your reservation through the self-serve method in My Account.
In this case, you can choose not to pick up your device in-store and your reservation will be canceled automatically and the $40 reservation fee will be refunded.
