@SeiksToronto Thanks for testing!
What do you currently see displayed on your phone instead of LTE+?

@SeiksToronto Have you checked if the phone is compatible with our network bands/frequencies?

Yes, using a Bell Mobility SIM card, my Keyone displays "LTE+".

@SeiksToronto At this point, my guess is that the phone isn't compatible with the specific bands/frequencies of that area. Not all towers use all available bands/frequencies, so maybe the ones your phone would use for LTE+ isn't being used by the towers in that area.
I think the best way to find out would be by putting another Fido SIM card in your phone to see if you get the LTE+ sign.
What do you think?

I appreciate your suggestion but as my fido SIM card does receive LTE+ in a Samsung A5 in the same location where my Blackberry Keyone does not and both of these phones support the same frequency bands, I am thinking the issue is a lack of carrier settings being sent to my Keyone from Fido - I believe this is also why I no longer see an "HD" indicator when calling others on Fido/Rogers with HD calling capable phones - I did see the "HD" icon on my Keyone earlier in 2017 but have not seen it since late 2017 - again I'm thinking due to a lack of carrier settings from Fido to my Keyone. Using a Bell SIM in my Keyone and calling others on Bell/Telus with HD capable phones does display an "HD" icon on my Keyone.

@SeiksToronto In that case, have you made sure that you have the correct APN settings in your phone?

I have tried a factory reset and I am still not able to see the LTE+ in areas where I do receive LTE+ on a Samsung A5. I am also not able to make VoLTE calls as my IMS settings says "not connected" even though voice over LTE is set to on. I'd appreciate if you can refer my issues to a tech support specialist.

Just want to add my support here for bringing the Keyone to Fido. It would be a shame if I had to move my family to another carrier just so I could get this phone. (Bell/Rogers/Telus/Sasktel all sell it, but won't unlock for 90 days)

Hello FelixLeclerc,
Welcome to the community!
If you can wait until Dec 1st, 2017 to get the KEYone, the other providers will have to provide the phone unlocked (see here).
Hope this helps
Cheers

Hey @22justin,
Welcome to the Community.
I'm sorry to see you're having trouble with this service.
Can you confirm if you tried rebooting the device off and back on?

Hello 22justin,
Welcome to the community!
Are you having the same issue at other locations? It's possible that your location does not have a very strong LTE signal. That could explain why you only get 1 bar (and no data) and why it switches to the '3G' network.
**edit** It appears as though there might be signal issues with the KeyOne itself (see here, here, and here)**
Hope this helps
Cheers

Hey @FelixLeclerc,
We'd definitely hate to see you go because of this!
I assure you that we re-evaluate the phone models offered to our customers on a continuing basis and you should keep an eye on our website for any updates.
That said, you can still use an unlocked device on our network
