I got my new phone and new SIM card a while back and when I went to activate the new SIM card the old SIM card appeared to be not valid even though I just took it off of my fully functioning old phone. How can I activate my new SIM card?

Yup same thing is happening to me and the call center is conveniently experiencing long delays because everybody is going nuts over black friday. anybody find a solution to this?
