Do we ever get a tracking number for this or is it just a guessing game? It took 2 weeks to receive a "processing" email. Would love to know an ETA, I totally understand things happen and back orders, shipping delays etc pop up but at the very least some correspondence would be nice.

If you need more information on the status, you can call Fido's support from your device *611 or contact Fido solutions on Twitter and request more information, if any is available.
