A8 Wi-Fi setup

Trying to register for wifi calling but I cannot seem to enter anything that is accepted on the Pod #/Fllor Number line. No matter what I put in I'm instructed to enter the reqired fields and it brings me back to that line.

I have a Samsung Galaxy A8, I think. I can't seem to find that info on the web page, which I would think should be easy to do but I've always had a hard time with FIDO's site. 

I subscibe to automatic updates, not sure how to find what version I'm using. I guess I'm not very good at navigating these things.
