transfer service

hello, i recently purchased a new phone and gave my wife my old phone.

i setup the account for her because she couldn't come to the store with me and the service is in my name.

we went back to the store when she was available to switch the account into her name and the rep. told me that we have to wait 1 month to change it over. a month went by and we phone fido to do the change and the csr said we have to wait 2 months. can a fido employee please let me know the proper proceedure, thanks

Welcome to Fido! We are sorry for any delays caused by this. You can give the number to a new owner 60 days post the activation date. The account must be in good standing with at least 1 payment post activation. The new account holder must pass the credit evaluation for postpaid service. 

 

Did you know? If you have multiple numbers under 1 account you can take advantage of Free unlimited Circle Calling?
