Resolved! no suspension but charged suspension fee

fido kept charging me suspension fee from August to October while my number is not in suspension. I went to ask people in fido and they did not even know what was going on. My plan is $35/month and now the bill shows over $150/month. 

Resolved! Do not disturb whne usin YouTube

When I go to YouTube on my Galaxy S24,  it automatically goes to DO NOT DISTURB, so no sound!I turn  off DND,  but it comes back on. Tried resetting, Any suggestions?
