the promotion was not included in my new phone!

Hello, I upgraded to Iphone 11 and got a first bill today.

But, the price is 37.68 which is the promotion that I got from the purchase is not included.

I applied the new phone plan through http://fido.ly/AndroidApple.

It is my fault that I didn't check the contract closely, but still I'm kind of upset and embrassed that

the plan has been changed from the webpage. What should I do for this?

When you signed up with the device, you must have received an email confirmation with the details of the device financing. Does the information match?

If not, can you tell us a little bit about the missing promotion?
