This is beyond stupid. I made an adjustment to my plan, and the billing was incorrect, so I called to talk to someone about it. They made the correction, and then later on in the day I was sent a $10 bill for the pleasure of correcting your error!!!!

Also, was the $10 bill sent separately or was it a charge included in your monthly bill?
