"mobile internet" charge

Hello,

 

I just switched to Fido on Sunday, December 11 and got my first bill today. It said that I have a $4.92 charge for "mobile internet/ data usage". I don't understand how this could be, since I have a data plan and obviously didn't go over my limit... can someone explain it to me?
