I've open a service request with Fido back in November, which has yet to be resolve. I figured it was time to escalate this. So I went to https://www.fido.ca/web/page/portal/Fido/Share_a_concern and submited my "concern". Unfortunately, the form will not allow me to submit my complaint telling me to "Please enter a valid email". In case someone has to ask, yes, my entry was very much a valid email address. Has anyone ever tried submitting a complaint via this portal?
I guess the natural progression is the Ombudsman. Just curious if anyone can replicate this issue.
