My son recently had Chatr as his service provider, but now I was switching him to my Fido account. I called Fido to transfer (port in) the chatr number over to fido and replace my temporary fido number, but after speaking to 5 representatives the fido representative made a mistake. Now, my son's number has been replaced with my previous fido number instead. I have spent hours speaking to Fido since and to no avail. Is there anyway to reverse this so that I can have my number?


Hey Romainx2, how frustrating for you. I would suggest using live chat on the Fido website, or contact fido support on Twitter.
They are really on the ball and very helpful. I believe live chat works almost immediately. Hopefully you can get through quickly and get this fixed.
