Fido "Share a concern" not working...

I've open a service request with Fido back in November, which has yet to be resolve. I figured it was time to escalate this. So I went to https://www.fido.ca/web/page/portal/Fido/Share_a_concern and submited my "concern". Unfortunately, the form will not allow me to submit my complaint telling me to "Please enter a valid email". In case someone has to ask, yes, my entry was very much a valid email address. Has anyone ever tried submitting a complaint via this portal?

 

I guess the natural progression is the Ombudsman. Just curious if anyone can replicate this issue.

What browser are you using? If its chrome try using another browser.

Tried Edge, Firefox, Chrome same issue...

 

Turns out the form doesn't consider ...@Outlook.com a valid email address.

Used ...@Gmail.com and it worked fine.
