poor customer service

👋  my account #XXXXXX is there any one that can find win back team? because fido customer care can not help me. almost every week calling customer service but they are not able to activate my 4th line 😒 

if someone really works for fido please 🙏 reply others who's just fido employees IGNORE  it.
