I have a concern. I'm a foreigner, so I'm going to go back to a my country
I have to get a refund of $37 on Fido, but even if I call the customer center, I don't know why they said my account is not valid because I've already canceled my phone, but I want to know when is my money get back

Usually, the refund for a credit balance on a cancelled account is sent by cheque automatically.
